1. Who we are

Nyxelus is the brand under which this public website and the products it offers — starting with Aprovou Extra — are operated.

2. This website

Browsing nyxelus.com does not require an account and creates no subscription or payment obligation. These Terms apply to your use of this public website; using a specific Nyxelus product is also governed by that product's own section below.

3. Nyxelus products and services

Nyxelus offers digital products to service professionals and small businesses. Aprovou Extra is Nyxelus' first product; Section 8 below describes it specifically. If you create an account for a Nyxelus product, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse any Nyxelus product or this website — including attempting to access another account or organization's data without authorization, interfering with the normal operation of the service, or using it for an unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Nyxelus and Aprovou Extra names, logos, and this website's own content belong to Nyxelus or its licensors. Using a Nyxelus product does not give you ownership of that product's software, design, or brand elements.

6. Service availability and changes

Nyxelus may update, change, or temporarily pause a product or this website — for example, for maintenance or to ship improvements. Nyxelus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. General disclaimers

Nyxelus products and this website are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right applicable law guarantees you as a consumer.

8. Aprovou Extra

This section describes Aprovou Extra specifically — Nyxelus' first product, with its subscription processed through Hotmart.

8.1 What Aprovou Extra does

Aprovou Extra lets a professional record an additional service cost (an "Extra") for a job, generate a public approval link, and share it with their customer. The customer approves or declines without needing an account. The decision is recorded with the date, time, and the exact description and price shown at that moment, and cannot be changed afterward.

Aprovou Extra does not guarantee that payment between the professional and the customer is actually made, does not process that payment, and does not replace any service agreement between them — it records a decision, it does not carry it out.

8.2 Hotmart

Hotmart is the platform that processes Aprovou Extra's subscription payment. Hotmart is not responsible for the Aprovou Extra service itself — it only processes the payment.

8.3 Subscription and billing

Subscription: the standard price is R$49.90/month starting from your first charge. A separate promotional offer (the "Founder" offer) may instead apply R$39.90/month for your first 6 charges, then R$49.90/month from the 7th charge onward — only if that is the specific offer you purchased. For an en-US buyer, the current published price is $12/month. The exact price and conditions that apply to you are the ones shown on the Hotmart checkout page for the offer you bought. Billing is monthly and recurring, starting immediately when you subscribe. There is no free trial, no free plan, and no annual plan at launch.

8.4 Refund

When you first subscribe, Hotmart provides a 7 (seven) day window to request a refund, counted from your initial purchase, under the conditions presented at the time of purchase. The subscription is monthly and recurring; this guarantee window applies to the initial subscription and is not automatically restarted with each renewal. Refund requests are processed through Hotmart, under applicable law and the conditions of your purchase.

8.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Hotmart. Cancelling prevents new recurring charges. Access remains available until the end of the period you already paid for, unless a confirmed refund or chargeback results in access being revoked. Cancellation and refund are distinct procedures.

Closing your Aprovou Extra account is a different action from cancelling your Hotmart subscription, and neither one replaces the other. Closing your account (available in Settings > Close account) stops you from signing in again, but does not by itself cancel a Hotmart subscription or stop future charges — cancel directly through Hotmart for that. Closing your account also does not by itself issue a refund, and does not by itself delete your data — see the Privacy Notice for how to request deletion of your data separately.

8.6 Confirmed refund and chargeback

A confirmed refund or a chargeback ends your access. Neither one automatically deletes your evidence photos or account data — see the Privacy Notice.

8.7 Plan changes

There is a single plan at launch: no upgrades, downgrades, pausing, or partial-period billing.

8.8 What the service does not guarantee

• That the customer actually pays the professional — Aprovou Extra records a decision, it does not move money between the parties.
• That the recorded decision is enforceable in every jurisdiction — it is a dated, unchangeable record of what was shown and decided, not legal advice.
• A guaranteed service level in this version.
• General business administration — Aprovou Extra covers the extra-service approval flow and its direct support (customers, properties, jobs), not accounting, scheduling, or full customer management.

8.9 Data and privacy

How Nyxelus handles your personal data through Aprovou Extra is described in our Privacy Notice, which is part of these Terms.

8.10 Your data after cancellation

Retention periods and criteria for evidence photos, draft Extras, and account data — including what happens before and after cancellation — are described in the Privacy Notice, which is the canonical source for this information; nothing here overrides it.

9. Changes to these Terms

A new version of these Terms requires you to accept it again before you can keep using the product.
